Delivery

All orders within the UK Mainland are sent by Royal Mail 48 Tracked Which means that all being well you should receive your parcel within 2-3 days following the working day after it has been dispatched or within 5 days.

We will despatch all orders the day that we receive them or the next working day Mon - Fri

Royal Mail 48 hr Tracked is not a guaranteed delivery time.

If your parcel is being delivered to a remote area such as the Highlands, Islands of Scotland or Isle of Man it may take up to 7 working days. Please contact us in the first instance for areas outside of the UK mainland for delivery and prices.

Returns, Refund and Cancellation Policy

If an item has a fault in production or we have sent the wrong item, then please contact us in the first instance by email at returns@mimosalondon.com therein you will need to return it to us using reasonable returns postage and we will refund this cost. Please get proof of posting in case your return is lost or does not arrive to ourselves. if you wish to have the same item or a different item you will need to place a new order through our website.

Return of Goods Rules

As the very nature of our goods are babywear, we must insist that any items returned are in the same condition as received and free of any perfumes, scents and environmental odours and with original packing and any labels intact.

Unwanted Goods

If you simply do not want the goods please return unused and in original packaging in perfect condition within 7 days of receipt by notifying us at returns@mimosalondon.com in the first instance. We recommend obtaining proof of postage. A full refund minus the postage costs - where applicable - will be made on receipt of the returned goods. Please note our "return of goods rules" above,

Cancelling an order

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the date you received your order. To cancel your order please contact us at returns@mimosalondon.com before returning so we can be aware of the return and make a refund as quickly as possible.

Goods must be in the original packaging and still sealed wherever possible. Please see "our return of goods rules" above.
The return postage will be at your expense.

Will any return costs be refunded?

If you have to return something because of an error on our part or because it's damaged or defective, we will refund charges incurred in returning the item to us using reasonable postage returns.

We'll check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault and or malicious damage we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.

We process all refunds to the original card used when you placed your order.

When will I receive my refund?

We will action refunds as soon as possible from when we receive the goods and it can take up to 5 working days following the date of the refund for this to show on your card.
